Refund Policy

Requests for refunds arising from unforeseen circumstances shall be made in writing prior to the Services* and shall be subject to approval from the Management Committee of Sree Ramar Temple at their sole discretion.Where approved, refunds will be provided by way of online bank in only, within seven (7) working day of the date of approval.*"Services" shall include any and all events organised and services offered by the Sree Ramar Temple, whether of a religious and/or social nature or not.

FAQ

1. What is the minimum lead time to book a service online?

Currently, we accept online bookings for services at least 48 hours in advance. If you need to book a service within 48 hours, please contact temple administrator who will consider your request depending on availability.

2. No, currently we do not accept online cancellation of services booked through the website.

Please call up our Temple administrator at 65431463 or e-mail: enquiries@sreeramartemple.org.sg with your booking details and a request to cancel the booking.

3. Can I change my booking date online?

No, you cannot change your booking date online. Please contact temple administrator for assistance who may be able to change your booking date subject to availability on your preferred date and time.

4. Can I book a function room for a private function?

Function rooms at the temple are available for booking for private functions, subject to the terms and conditions of use of the temple.
